Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time,  Trésor Caché Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

    Additionally, Trésor Caché Boutique ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations via the website.  All International/APO customers, please email us at orders@tresorcacheboutique.com to order.

    Order Processing:

    All orders are processed within three Business days and are shipped via USPS or FedEx Flat Rate service.  Please note we are closed Sunday - Tuesday.  Please allow 3-5 business days for receipt after your order has shipped.  Tracking confirmations are sent via email within 24hours of your shipment.  If you are need of an expedited shipment, please email us at orders@tresorcacheboutique.com or call the store and we'll be glad to process your request.  

    If you're located in Houston and would like to do a Local Pick-Up that option is available to you at Check-Out.

    All products on our website are stock are In-Stock and Ready to Ship unless otherwise noted in the product details.  All Pre-Order items are given an expected shipping date, please allow 2-3 days after that date for product receipt at our boutique.

    Items refused at shipping and/or returned will access a 20% restocking fee along with shipping cost of the order.

     

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once our carrier has shown packages have been delivered.  All packages are shipped insured. You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier should your package be lost or stolen.  By completing your purchase you agree and adhere to our shipping and delivery policies.

  • Return Policy
  • We carefully inspect all of our items before shipping.  All Sales are Final on Accessories, Body Suits, Lingerie, Swimwear, ALL Sale and Consignment Items. No Returns. No Exchanges.

    Clothing garments and Shoes may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a store credit(Valid for 30 Days)  and/or an exchange, No REFUNDS.  Garments must be unworn with tags attached.  ALL returns require a return authorization number.  Please email us at, orders@tresorcacheboutique.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return.  A return authorization number and return instructions will be emailed back to you. The return authorization number is only valid for 7 days. If we receive your return beyond the 7 days it will not be accepted. ALL returns without a return authorization number will be refused.

    Customers are resposible for shipping cost for product(s).  If we find any defects on the merchandise and/or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return.
